How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Duties and taxes on international orders are included in the price you pay at checkout, so nothing is collected on delivery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order is dispatched from our warehouse and a tracking link is emailed the moment it leaves. Delivery time after that depends on your address and the carrier. If you need a fixture by a particular date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Full details are on the Refund and Return Policy page.
Do I need an electrician to install these?
It depends on the fixture. Plug-in wall lamps need no wiring at all, you just mount the bracket and plug it in. Hardwired sconces, ceiling lights and flush mounts connect to your mains supply and should be fitted by a qualified electrician. Each product page states which type it is.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track My Order page in the main menu. Enter the order number from your confirmation email along with the billing email address you used, and it will show you the current status.
